why should I outsource my accounting?

Outsourcing your accounting work enables you, the business owner, to focus on your business. Taking time out of your busy day to worry about payroll, paying your bills or invoicing your clients is time-consuming. Trying to keep track of the details that are happening in your checking account and making sure everything is where it should be going is time-consuming. By outsourcing you can get a fast turn-around of your financials and know that every transaction has been looked at and your financials are ready every month for you to monitor the progress of your business. What if I'm really behind on my books?

Trust me you wouldn't be the first. I'll work with you to catch up your books starting with the beginning of your current fiscal year. Prepayment of a portion of your rate will be expected at the beginning of the project and the balance is due at the end.

What types of industries to you service?

I do a lot of work with small medical practices, such as Chiropractors, Dentists and Veterinarians. However, I also have worked with clients in Computer and Cell Phone Repairs, Heating and Air Conditioning, Playground Manufacturing, Specialty Popcorn Sales and more!

won't I lose control of my books?

No. Absolutely, no. You'll be gaining control of your books. There is no contract so you can take it over at any time. You're gaining an extra pair of eyes on every transaction to make sure your money and your business are going in the right direction. You're gaining more time to look at your financial picture more regularly and to start looking for ways to grow your business.

how do I share my documents securely?

There will be a secure portal set up that only you and I share to securely store all of your financial documents whether from you or to you. If you'd prefer, you can mail your records to me in whatever form you choose, I recommend something secure like FedEx, and I will also return those physical documents plus your financial reports to you via  FedEx.

Do you provide tax services?

I will provide tax services to individuals and some small businesses including LLCs, Partnerships and S Corporations.

Do you provide consulting services?

I am open to discussing consulting services that may involve helping you to hire your own bookkeeper/accountant as well as training or management services for your existing staff. These are case-by-case services that we can discuss.

What is your referral program?

I am flattered that you like my services and you like my commitment to your business and want to pass my name along. I am so grateful for your referral that for existing clients I'll waive 50% for one month's service. For those not currently an existing a client I'll pay $100 cash.
